Reservation Policy

PLEASE NOTE FOR BOOKINGS OVER 10PAX – BILLS STRICTLY CAN NOT BE SPLIT SEPERATELY, ONLY EVENLY!

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 20% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-special event days)

All bookings of 10 or more will be required to pay a $100 deposit. This will be used towards the bill at the end of the lunch/evening. This is non-refundable if you have cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation or if you fail to arrive to your booking.

DRESS CODE

We are unable to have diners dine with us if they are not wearing shirts/tops or footwear.

SEATING REQUESTS

Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however, as table allocations are finalised on the day.

CHILDREN

Children under 5 eat free with a paying adult.

SEATING POLICY

Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill has a 1.5 hour maximum seating policy from time of booking on public holidays, school holidays and Friday/Saturday evenings.

We are located on the 2nd level towards the left side of Soul.

VOUCHERS
– Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
– Only one voucher can be used per table.
– Vouchers can only be redeemed with a minimum of two paying customers per table.
– Vouchers can only be used for ALL YOU CAN EAT, at full retails price.

– Special Mondays only can be used showing the post for the currently day.
– Kids (under 12 years old) FREE is acceptable 1 child per Adult.
– Adults get FREE drink per child.
– Couples night only can be used showing the post for the currently day.
