Reservation Policy
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday a surcharge of 20% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Non-special event days)
All bookings of 10 or more will be required to pay a $100 deposit. This will be used towards the bill at the end of the lunch/evening. This is non-refundable if you have cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation or if you fail to arrive to your booking.
DRESS CODE
We are unable to have diners dine with us if they are not wearing shirts/tops or footwear.
SEATING REQUESTS
Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. We are unable to guarantee your request however, as table allocations are finalised on the day.
CHILDREN
Children under 5 eat free with a paying adult.
SEATING POLICY
Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill has a 1.5 hour maximum seating policy from time of booking on public holidays, school holidays and Friday/Saturday evenings.
